Ditte Lerche

I have become a little bit besotted with creative, knitted neckpieces recently, but you surely can't blame me right?

These pieces by Ditte Lerche, a textile student from Copenhagen and I want to wear them all the time. They are so intricate and beautifully made, ripples of knitting taking over the models upper half and instantly drawing my eye towards it.

I think this could be recreated if I had about 90 hours of free time to spend on it, if only I did...

For more info, visit her website, make sure you check out her other work too, her furniture design is amazing!

This would be great as a wonderful alternative to a scarf in the winter. I can just see myself in one of these with a nice warm black coat.
Cold here today - thinking of warm things is nice. Xxxxx

Cool shapes - I think the green/yellow one would look nicer in black, white and grey - like it looks in the B&W photo - then I'd wear it!!

Wow, that'd be great for cold, windy days. Better than a scarf that keeps blowing around.
